What is your Return Policy?
GameGuard stands behind the quality and workmanship of all our products. Merchandise with obvious manufacturer defects are always eligible for return. Returns of products purchased online are accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase. Your apparel must be returned in its original condition will all tags still attached. Your item may be returned in exchange for another item or a full refund less the cost of shipping.
Any item listed with the terms “clearance," "Limited Edition," “discontinued” or “final sale” are not eligible for return and all sales are final. Clearance items may have very limited availability, with limited size or color options.
Order Delivery: Monogrammed items may require an additional 10-15 business days to process and produce. Orders which include monogrammed items will be held for delivery until the monogramming is complete. If you would like to receive non-monogrammed items first, please order those items separately – in stock items typically ship on the day the order is placed.

What is the warranty on GameGuard Cooler Bags?
GameGuard Cooler Bags carry a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in material and workmanship with dated proof of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original owner and is void if this product is used commercially, structurally altered or subjected to stress beyond the physical limits of the materials used in body or components, or is damaged as a result of abnormal use.
Proper care must be taken to assure longevity. Please do not place sharp or pointed objects inside your cooler.
This warranty is void if damage or malfunction is due to abuse, misuse, accident, failure to reasonably maintain, improper installation or use, or unauthorized alteration or repairs.
What is your Shipping Policy?
All orders received by 1:00pm Central Time will ship to you by the end of the next business day. Occasionally, GameGuard branded merchandise will require a 3-5 day delay in shipping.
GameGuard’s standard method of shipping is via UPS Ground. UPS Overnight or UPS 2nd Day is available for an additional charge.
We cannot ship to PO or FPO Boxes. Please be sure to provide a physical street address when placing your order.
Will GameGuard send an order confirmation via email?
Yes, when you provide your email address when placing an order we will send you a message confirming receipt of your order within 24 hours. A second email will be sent once your order has shipped.
How are back-ordered items handled?
Certain items are available in limited quantities or are subject to production delays. We will do everything possible to secure these items and to fill your order as quickly as possible. In the event that an item is unavailable, you will have the option of providing us your email address so we can inform you once that item is back in stock.
Can I save items in my shopping cart for purchase at a later date?
Yes. Items placed in your shopping cart and not purchased immediately will remain there for 30 days.
Why is the price of an item in my saved shopping cart different from when I selected it?
Prices are subject to change — including temporary reductions as well as permanent increases. The prices of items in your cart represent the current price for which you will be charged.
What forms of payment do you accept?
GameGuard accepts payment via American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and PayPal.
When I submit credit card information online, is it secure?
GameGuard.net has sophisticated encryption and authentication tools to protect the security of your credit card information, and we will do our best to protect its security on our systems. However, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from our Web site, and you do so at your own risk. To help ensure others will not have access to your credit card information while on our Web site, we urge you to sign off your account and close your browser window when you have finished your visit, especially if you are sharing a computer with someone else or are using a computer in a public place.
What is the credit card verification (CVV) number?
This number printed on your card provides a safeguard when a purchase is made using your credit card. For Discover, MasterCard and Visa the cvv is the last three digits printed on the back of the card. For American Express, it is the four digits printed above the account number on the front of the card.
