- Caps: These are always referred to as “caps” and never “hats”
- Shirts: Never include the words “Short Sleeve” in a product name, only “Long Sleeve” (and do not hyphenate Long Sleeve)
Specific Words:
- GameGuard: When referencing the company name or the colorway, GameGuard is one word and used with a capital “G” in Game and a capital “G” in Guard
- Camouflage Print: As a "colorway," this is always referred to as GameGuard (never include the word "camo" in reference to the word GameGuard). Wrong: GameGuard camo
- MicroFiber: one word and always spelled with a capital “M” and “F”
- MeshBack: one word and always spelled with a capital “M” and “B”
- TekCheck: one word and always spelled with a capital “T” and “C”
- Deep Water: always a separate word
- GunMetal: always spelled with a capital “G” and “M”
- Caviar: this is the word always associated with the product color black
- Mechanical Stretch: two words and always capitalize the “M” and “S”
